Adding Notes
Tap the notes field to add context about your conversation. Good notes include:
- Key concerns the voter mentioned
- Topics to follow up on
- Best time to call back
- Family members mentioned
Voice Memos
Tap the microphone icon to record a voice memo. This is useful for:
- Quickly capturing details after a conversation
- Recording while driving between stops
- Noting observations about the property
Contact History
The contact history section shows all previous interactions:
- Date and time of contact
- Who made the contact
- Method (call, text, door)
- Result recorded
- Notes from the conversation
Best Practices
Be Consistent
Record results immediately after each contact while details are fresh.
Use Notes Wisely
Focus on actionable information. "Concerned about water rates" is more useful than "Nice person."
Mark Callbacks
If someone asks you to call back, use "Callback Requested" and note the preferred time.
