Welcome to the SRP Canvass documentation. This guide covers both the mobile app (iOS/Android) and the admin dashboard for managing voter outreach campaigns.

Quick Start
For Volunteers (Canvassers)
- Download the app from energyfreedom.team/app (iOS TestFlight or Android APK)
- Create an account using your email or sign in with Google/Apple
- Wait for approval - an admin will approve your account within 24 hours
- Start canvassing - view your assigned voters and record contact results
For Team Leads & Admins
- Access the dashboard at energyfreedom.team/admin
- Approve new users in the Team section
- Create cut lists to assign voters to canvassers
- Track progress using the Analytics dashboard
Key Features
Neighborhood Mode New
Walk through any neighborhood and get automatic notifications when you're near a voter's address. Record quick results (Support/Oppose/Not Home) without opening the full detail screen. Perfect for spontaneous door knocking.
Relational Contact Web
The app can match your phone contacts against the voter file to find people you already know. This enables more effective neighbor-to-neighbor outreach. Your actual phone numbers are never stored - only secure hashes are used for matching.
Offline Support
The mobile app works offline for field canvassing. Your changes sync automatically when you're back online.
Cut Lists with Demographics New
Admins can draw geographic boundaries on a map or create demographic-based cut lists targeting specific voter groups. Polygons now support draggable points for easy editing.
SRP Division Boundaries New
The map displays official SRP division boundary lines to help you understand which voters are in your target district and plan canvassing routes that stay within boundaries.
Audit Log New
Track all contact activity across your team. See who contacted which voters, when, and what results were recorded. Export data for campaign reporting.
Push Notifications New
Get notified when your account is approved or when you're assigned to a new cut list. Stay connected with campaign updates.
Invite Codes New
Recruit new volunteers with shareable QR codes. New users who sign up with an invite code are automatically approved and ready to canvass immediately.
Color Themes New
Personalize the app with six beautiful color themes. Choose from Energy Freedom, Ocean, Forest, Sunset, Amethyst, or Slate - each optimized for both light and dark mode.
